I cant connet icloud server after updating to Sierra

When i update to Sieera, I skip to enter Appleid .

When updating was completed, i type my appleID and pwd on the mac->system preference->icloud.

I got error message "There was an error connecting to the Apple ID server."

I can sure type correct id and pwd, because i entered on icloud on chrome.
